Terms of Use

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern the relations between OOO «AXIOM STRATEGY» (INN 9727125320, OGRN 1267700027418, the “Company”) and any person using the axiomstrategy.ru website (the “Site”).

By starting to use the Site, the user is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Site provides the user with information about the Company's services in digital transformation, software import substitution and IT architecture, as well as about external management of organizations (legal, financial, HR, PR and GR support).

The materials published on the Site are for information purposes and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant page.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Company undertakes to keep the Site operational, except during preventive and repair works and in circumstances beyond the Company's control.

The user undertakes not to use the Site for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation and not to attempt unauthorized access to the Site's technical resources.

4. Intellectual property

All objects published on the Site, including texts, graphic images, the trade name, trademarks and logos, are objects of exclusive rights of the Company and other right holders.

Use of these objects is permitted only with the prior written consent of the right holder.

5. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site caused by technical failures, actions of third parties or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

The information published on the Site may be updated and changed by the Company unilaterally without prior notice to users.

6. Personal data processing

By submitting any feedback form on the Site, including attaching a dialog with the AI assistant to the request, the user consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Site.

7. Applicable law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner established by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Final provisions

The Company may unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site.
